Supporting Teachers to Deliver Quality Teaching
Published on 11 Feb, 2026
Becoming a teacher mentor was never something I planned. But over the years of teaching English, it happened naturally. As soon as I realised how many brilliant educators around me were exhausted, overwhelmed, and slowly losing their passion for teaching, I knew that supporting and inspiring others was exactly what I wanted to do.
Today, I work primarily online. I teach English, run The Online Club for Teachers, host a Czech podcast called Za Katedrou, and share practical teaching tips on Instagram. My goal is simple: to help teachers teach more effectively, more meaningfully, and with far less stress.
Digital tools make a difference
A turning point in both my teaching and content creation came when I began exploring edTech tools more intentionally. Not because it was trendy, but because I genuinely wanted to work efficiently and wished the same for the teachers around me.
Also, in my online lessons, students are always my number one priority. That is why I started searching for tools that would keep them engaged and make learning more interactive. That journey is exactly what led me to Kung Fu Quiz.
Why I love Kung Fu Quiz
I follow one simple rule: If a tool does not increase student engagement and reduce my workload, it does not belong in my teaching. Kung Fu Quiz passed this test immediately.
I work with students of different ages and levels, and I mentor teachers who are constantly seeking new ideas for their classrooms. Kung Fu Quiz became an obvious choice because it can:
- Turn any video into an interactive task.
- Help students respond, think, compete, and stay focused.
- Provide instant feedback.
- Give teachers extra time thanks to its simplicity.
Teachers in my community love it for the very same reasons.
What surprised me in the best way possible
- KFQ is incredibly user-friendly for both my students and me.
- It brings real energy into lessons - the versatility, the reactions, the excitement.
- It offers meaningful data - I can clearly see where students need more support and what they have already mastered.
Why all of this matters
Teachers deserve an environment that supports them and helps them grow. I truly believe that tools like Kung Fu Quiz are no longer nice extras. They are essential. In my community, I often say: Quality teaching is not about working harder. It is about working smarter with the right tools by your side.
And to me, Kung Fu Quiz is one of those teacher besties, a tool that supports your creativity on the days you want to try something new, and brings clarity, calm, and a helping hand on the days when you need extra support.
